Welcome to ASK Envisionary (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are an independent mobile app development company dedicated to building digital experiences that inspire, connect, and simplify life. Our apps are available on the Google Play Store.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use any of our mobile applications or visit our website at askenvisionary.com. It applies to all current and future apps published under our developer account.
Please read this policy carefully. By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to the collection and use of information as described herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
This policy is designed to comply with the Google Play Developer Policy, Google AdMob / Advertising policies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and all applicable data protection laws.

We collect information in the following ways depending on the app and features you use:
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account information β name, email address, profile details (if sign-in is required)
- User-generated content β invoices, estimates, notes, workout logs, or other content you create within our apps
- Support inquiries β messages you send when contacting our support team
- Feedback & ratings β reviews or feedback you voluntarily provide
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information β device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (Android ID, advertising ID)
- App usage data β features used, session duration, crash reports, performance metrics
- Log data β IP address, timestamps, app version, error logs
- Advertising identifiers β Google Advertising ID (GAID) used for ad personalization (see Section 5)
- Location data β general location inferred from IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location unless explicitly required for a feature)
3.3 Information from Third Parties
- Analytics and advertising data from Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and related Google services
- Authentication data if you sign in via Google Sign-In
- App store data provided by Google Play (purchase history, app ratings)

- App improvement β to develop new features and enhance existing ones based on usage data
Legal Basis (GDPR): Processing is based on (a) your consent, (b) performance of a contract, (c) legitimate interests in improving our services, and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

Advertising & Google AdMob
Our apps are supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display ads within our apps. AdMob may use your data to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements.
5.1 What AdMob Collects
Google AdMob may automatically collect and use the following to serve ads:
- Google Advertising ID (GAID) / Android Advertising ID
- Device information (model, OS version, language, time zone)
- IP address and approximate location
- App interaction data and event signals
- Cookie data and cross-app browsing behavior
- User interests inferred from app usage patterns
5.2 Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads
By default, Google AdMob may serve personalized ads based on your interests and browsing history. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown an EU User Consent dialog before personalized ads are served, as required by GDPR and the Digital Markets Act.
Advertising ID & Opt-Out: You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of interest-based advertising at any time by going to Settings β Google β Ads on your Android device and selecting “Delete advertising ID” or enabling “Opt out of Ads Personalization.”

Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers β third-party vendors who assist in operating our apps (e.g., Google AdMob, Firebase) under strict data processing agreements
- Legal requirements β when required by law, court order, or governmental authority
- Protection of rights β to protect the rights, property, or safety of ASK Envisionary, our users, or the public
- Business transfers β in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to users
- Consent β with your explicit consent for purposes not covered in this policy
CCPA Notice: We do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents have specific rights β see Section 9.

Data Retention
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law:
- Account data β retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
- App usage & analytics data β retained for up to 26 months (Google Analytics default)
- Crash logs β retained for up to 90 days
- Support correspondence β retained for up to 2 years
- Advertising data β governed by Google AdMob’s own retention policies
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 13). We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
9.1 General Rights
- Access β request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction β request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion β request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Portability β receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection β object to the processing of your data for marketing or profiling purposes
- Restriction β request that we limit processing of your data under certain conditions
- Withdrawal of consent β withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing
9.2 Advertising Opt-Out
- Go to Settings β Google β Ads β Delete advertising ID to opt out of personalized ads on Android
- Visit adssettings.google.com to manage your Google ad preferences
- Use the NAI opt-out tool for additional network advertising opt-outs
9.3 GDPR Rights (EEA/UK Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (DPA).
9.4 CCPA Rights (California Users)
California residents have the right to: know what personal information is collected, know if personal information is sold or disclosed, opt out of the sale of personal information, and non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell personal information.

Section 10
Children’s Privacy
Our apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these age thresholds.
COPPA Compliance: If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete such information immediately. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us at info@askenvisionary.com.
For apps that may be used by a family audience, we follow Google Play’s Families Policy and adhere to child-directed advertising restrictions β meaning no personalized or interest-based advertising will be shown in content directed at children.

Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:
- Encryption β data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS
- Access controls β strict internal access controls limit who can view your data
- Secure infrastructure β we use Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure with built-in security features
- Regular audits β we conduct periodic security reviews and vulnerability assessments
Important: No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make significant changes, we will:
- Update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy
- Display an in-app notification or prompt when you next open our apps
